Who are Ash Viney?

Ash Viney Limited was conceived in 2005, due to the demand from small and medium sized business across all industry types looking for help with increasing sales.

During the research which covered the spectrum from Multi-National companies to start-up businesses to even a few long-standing “one man band’s”, we found that by using our sales principles sales performance can be improved regardless of the size of the company.

Over the last 4 years we have developed a number of key processes that have helped many companies to grow their turn-over and profits.

With the change in the economic climate, companies are looking to grow in 2010 and need additional sales resource but for a variety of reasons are not able to recruit permanent sales people.

Launched in 2009 to meet demand

Ash Viney Services (AVS) was launched in 2009 to meet the demand from companies requiring the addition sales resource on a temporary basis. With our rich insight into the sales issue’s and a database of ten’s of thousands of sales people, we can combine our skills and expertise to deliver a world leading service.

The company was founded by Jonathan Viney, who’s experience of sales management and strategy stretches over 27 years, across a variety of industries from Retail, FMCG to Telecommunications. The different teams he has set up range from merchandisers, SME and Corporate account teams, he was also responsible for setting up and running Vodafone UK first International sales team.

Jonathan is also a mentor for the Set Squared Partnership, which is run by Bristol, Bath, Surrey and Southampton Universities for start up technology companies. He has also held many successful talks on sales businesses and their customers as well as Business Link and IoD. All of the associates that are part of the delivery team, have held senior roles in a wide variety of companies and industries and bring a huge amount of knowledge and expertise to every customer.
